Briyo Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Briyo (“we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses,
stores and protects your information when you use the Briyo iOS application (the “App”),
including when you make use of in‑app purchases. The App is intended for individuals who are
18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the App.
By installing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Privacy Policy
and to our End-User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Data Controller and Contact
For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection
Regulation (“GDPR”), the data controller is the operator of Briyo.
If you have any questions or requests about this Privacy Policy or your personal data, you can contact us at:
Email: help@briymax.com
2. Eligibility (18+ Only)
The App is designed for adults and may only be used by individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from anyone under 18 years old.
If we become aware that we have collected data from someone under 18, we will delete such data.

- An identifier for the purchased item (for example, a product identifier).
- The country or region of your App Store account.
- Confirmation that a purchase was completed, refunded, or cancelled.
We use this information to unlock or manage in‑App features you have paid for, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to

4. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:
-
Performance of a contract – to provide you with the core App functionality and with any
in‑App purchases you have selected, including maintaining your profile, UGC, training history, puzzle progress,
and access to paid content or features.
-
Legitimate interests – to secure the App, prevent misuse, combat abusive behavior,
improve features and experience, moderate UGC, prevent fraudulent purchases, and maintain accurate transactional records.
-
Consent – for specific optional features where explicit consent is legally required.
You can withdraw consent at any time, which will not affect processing that has already occurred.
5. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To operate, maintain, and provide the features of the App.
- To create and manage your profile and in-App identity.
- To record your training habits, puzzle results, streaks, and related statistics.

- To process, validate and support your in‑App purchases and to provide you with the content or features you have paid for.
- To respond to your inquiries and support requests submitted via email or from within the App, including questions related to purchases.
- To analyze usage and performance so that we can improve the App and fix issues.
- To protect the security and integrity of the App, detect fraud or misuse, and ensure a safe environment.

6.3. Your rights in relation to UGC
You may be able to edit or delete your own UGC from within the App. However, removing UGC from public view does not
necessarily mean that all copies are deleted from our systems, for example where retention is necessary for
legal or security reasons (see “Data Retention” below).
7. In‑App Purchases
The App may offer optional in‑App purchases that allow you to access additional content, features or benefits.
In‑App purchases are processed and billed by Apple through your Apple ID account in accordance with Apple’s terms
and conditions and applicable payment rules.
- We do not receive your full payment card details.
- Apple may share limited information with us so that we can confirm that a purchase has occurred and unlock the corresponding content or features inside the App.
- Transaction history may be used by us to provide support, handle refund requests, and prevent abuse or fraud.
8. Sharing of Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:
- Service providers that process data on our behalf (for example, analytics, crash reporting or payment-related service providers), subject to strict confidentiality and data protection obligations.
- Apple and other payment processors involved in your in‑App purchases, as necessary for us to confirm, manage and support those purchases.
- Authorities or third parties when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights or the safety of users, or prevent fraud and abuse.
- Other users to the extent that you choose to make UGC or profile information visible within the App.
9. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside of your country of residence, which may have different data
protection laws. Where required by law, we will take appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal data
remains protected, for example by using standard contractual clauses recognized under the GDPR.
10. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy,
including:
- As long as you have an active account in the App.
- For a reasonable period after you stop using the App, in case you return and to maintain legitimate business records, especially records of in‑App purchases and related support.
- For as long as required by applicable law (for example, to comply with accounting, tax or legal retention obligations).
We may retain certain logs or records for a longer period if necessary to investigate misuse, enforce our
EULA, or protect our rights and interests.
11. Your Rights (Including GDPR Rights)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal data:

- Right to rectification – to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure – to request deletion of your personal data, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to restriction – to request that we limit the processing of your personal data in certain cases.

- Right to withdraw consent – where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
To exercise your rights, please contact us at help@briymax.com.
We may ask you to verify your identity before responding. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local
data protection authority if you believe your rights have been violated.
12. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access,
loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials or device you use to access the App.
13. Third-Party Content and Links
The App may display or link to third-party content (including UGC created by other users). We are not responsible
for the privacy practices, content, or policies of third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies
of any third-party services or websites that you visit.
14. Relationship with the EULA
Your use of the App is also governed by our EULA, which sets out the terms and conditions for using Briyo,
including key rules on acceptable behavior and UGC. The EULA clarifies that we do not tolerate offensive,
harmful, or abusive content or misuse of the App, and grants us the right to suspend or terminate access in
such cases.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” and “Effective date”
at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically so that you remain informed
about how we protect your information.
Your continued use of the App after changes are made will constitute your acknowledgment of the updated Privacy Policy
and your agreement to follow and be bound by it.
